I wouldn't normally think to review a dentist office but I have had such an awesome experience at Aspen Dental. The Dentists are experienced and the support staff is super friendly and help easy the worries of a nervous patient.
I love this place!!! The Spanish looking dental assistant was amazing (I don't remember her name).
Well I knew what I had to have done before I went in and they were great and told me exactly what I already knew. I'm set up for a periodontal cleaning treatment and fix a filling. Other dentist office told me I needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled & root canals.
I DID NOT GIVE THEM 5 STARS,I WOULD GIVE THERE KINDNESS 3 STARS,I HAVEN'T BEEN A HAPPY CAMPER YET,I HAVE BEEN COMING FOR OVER A YEAR TO GET MY TEETH DONE,NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME 6 MORE MONTHS,CAN YOU BELIEVE IT ??? I THINK ITS MILKING MY INSURANCE,I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON,THEY HAVE A WORD FOR EVERYTHING YOU SAY.JUST SAYIN
I got an emergency appointment for the same day. Met Dr. Launsberry who did an excellent job. Plus very nice staff. I recommend it!!!
