From the first phone call as a new patient to the detailed treatment plan, everything was wonderful! The staff are all very kind. The process runs smoothly. Upfront pricing. Many other practices claim to be taking new patients, but are scheduling into 2026. My husband and I were both in for consultations within days and have cleanings scheduled within two weeks. 10/10 for Aspen Dental.
First visit was good, had crown break and tried to make an appointment online but if you are already a patient it won't let you tells you to call the number. Well the appointment time I wanted on Monday is now gone. So I made an appointment somewhere else.
Aspen Dental is the worst dental office. I wanted to get a second opinion & I requested my X-rays to be sent to my 2nd opinion. A week later I’m at my new dentist & they tell me they didn’t receive my X-rays. Had to change appointment & reschedule surgery I was to have. Spoke to a representative at Aspen Dental & I was told X-rays come from their corporate office. New dentist still did not receive my X-rays. Im upset with myself that I haven't been coming here for years! Everyone is so nice and they worked so fast. Any concerns I had were answered without me even having to ask any questions. The kindest staff I have ever had the blessing to encounter. I cant wait to continue working with the kind hearted staff here. Ooh and they can sing!!! I heard them during my visit and couldn't help but comment how fun they all are to be around! AND they helped this single mama be able to afford her care! I love this place already!
