I have never been to a dental office where they make you come back for your cleaning. For the appointment today, all they did was take X-rays and a brief conversations with the hygienist and Doctor. Overall the care was good regarding the x-rays and brief consultation. Although, I am confused to why they schedule you for an appointment if it's just for x-rays and a brief consultation. Do not go here! I should have read the reviews before I scheduled an appointment. They were quick to see me, but did not inform me that they would not be able to give me a cleaning until 7 months later! The staff was friendly and did to a full set of x-rays. I went ahead and scheduled my cleaning for 7 months later, which seems insane. My biggest issue is that the Aspen Dental billing department billed the wrong PO Box for my insurance provider, so my claim was denied. Needed a new dentist so we attempted with this place. Tried telling me I needed $6,000 in crowns on ALL of my front teeth as a young woman who has had no significant dental issues. They will try to con you out of money any way they can.

I got an appointment with Aspen Dental around the first of July to see about an implant. They had me come back July 10 for a CT scan. after the dentist looked over the scans, she had me sit down with a another employee to go over the cost. when I first made the appointment I told Aspen office that I didn't want to do anything but a implant. when the Aspen consultant came in, she show me the first plan, which was a crowns, cavity, repair, partial plate, and implant. My daughter was seen for an appointment in early April and we have had issues with billing since then. My insurance paid over $1,100 for the visit and Aspen is saying it was only $772. I contacted my insurance company and was told an electronic funds transfer was completed on April 11th. I supplied Aspen with the EOB and now their system is down so they can't see anything. This place is awful and deceitful. Their billing department is horrendous. I asked for an itemized invoice as my EOB didn't match what was charged to me. Never received. Called several times. Found out 6 months later I over paid by $222. I asked for it to be credited back to my care credit card that was used. I was advised "we prefer to keep the credit on your account for future services." I declined as I'm paying interest on these charges now. They said they'd talk to the billing manager about it.
