HAD A GREAT VISIT TODAY. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE FRONT DESK TO MY HYGIENIST MEAGAN ! I HAVE BEEN GOING TO ASPEN FOR 3 YEARS BUT THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS LOCATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL ON OUTERLOOP.
Had my first visit to the dentist in years, knowing my teeth were very bad and needed to be extracted. Yes I am nervous wreck. On my visit the X-ray tech made me feel very comfortable saying it will be fine your journey starts here. In addition the dentist answered all my questions and concerns about dentures and was very detailed about the procedure. Bottom line the staff was great and not judgmental. As one who has avoided dentists all my life, I can say that my visit for an emergency was, under the circumstances, a pleasant surprise. Heather, my dental assistant, was wonderful. She put me at ease right away, was very patient and knowledgeable. Dr. McKnight was great, he went over my condition, explained my options, and with virtually no pain completed the required procedure. All in all a good experience and I believe a good value. I have not been to the dentist in a very long while, however, Aspen Dental made my experience worth going back. The whole office staff was very cordial and professional. They explained everything that I needed and what they could do to solve the problems. They never judged me on why I haven't seen a dentist in so long, they just made me feel like I've been going all along. I would recommend them to everybody I know.
