Quality care, very professional staff, best experience for my family, everyone truly cares about your needs and takes the time to listen to you! Best Dr's ever. Thank you Dr. Ihnen and Dr. Tseng for always taking care of my family! The office manager is absolutely awesome!!!

Poor bookkeeping, management and customer service. I wouldn't take my dog to this place. Aspen wanted 60 % payment up front before they started any dental work. Which I paid. I was told I would be refunded for any overpayment. While my Humana Insurance and Aspen agreed on a monetary amount I would be refunded for any over payment on my part. I called Aspen's customer service, which is in Syracuse, N.Y.. After a short discussion they told me I was due $199.40 in refund when one service was paid. Aspen's records showed... read more

First time at this location..Wasn't greeted by the receptionist at all..Staff didn't seem friendly at all..The dentist was nice..Hope I never have to come to this location again!!

Irresponsible and shady. I prepaid for recommended service that was reckless and rejected by their orthodontist, despite that the oral surgeon almost did the extraction and they still would not refund me. End of July I had a cleaning and consult for motto aligners. I prepaid ~$1800 for the aligners and 2 planned extractions. Beginning of August, I came in for the extractions and waited 1 hour before being led back. I went in to get a "consultation" and schedule a cleaning. After x-rays, they proceeded to give me a laundry list of issues and attempted to set up a payment plan, which would cost me over $8,000. I had a notion they were embellishing and up charging everywhere they could. I declined any further services. Fast forward a month later, I went back to the dentist I used for 26 years. I went there to get a temporary parcel bc I was going on vacation and my other got destroyed and I needed it asap. My first appointment there over 3 hrs , when i was supposed to pick up temporary they didn't have it ready and I was late for work bc I was there almost 3 hrs .I was also interested in a tooth implant, they told me while I was there I had gingivitis and it would be $8000 for tooth implant and gingivitis treatment. Made a first time appointment for 11:30am walked in to a full lobby. I asked if they were behind was told maybe. Stepped outside and reserved a call asking me to comeback around 2:30 or reschedule. Super bad business not what I'm looking for in a dentist.

So my wife had called the call center due to a partial breaking .. everything about the experience from the actual call to the non visit due to the wrong time was given , lots of bad info , would not recommend this business
