Everyone was very kind, and pleasant to meet/speak with. It was by far one of my best dental appointments by far based on the staff being informative and approachable. I also enjoyed the straight to the point approach that they had, because they got to the point, for example: here's the problem, here's what we need to do, and here's what it'll cost with several helpful financial options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, so thank you Aspen dental. 😁
Pretty terrible service and organization skills on the front desk. I made an appointment in person 2 weeks in advance on September 2nd and they took my information and insurance ahead of time. I've never been there before but then they called me a couple days later saying they NEED my insurance information before the appointment. I had already given them my information so I don't understand why they need to call me in the VERY late afternoon for it again?? Amanda is the reason people should go here. Actually, all of the staff are genuine, courteous, and ready to make your experience a pleasant one. My mother and I had back-to-back appointments and even though it is a dentist office and you're there for a not so great time, they do try to help you out as much as they can. Dr. Ekoh is knowledgeable and soft. Just the kind of dentist you need! Thanks for a great experience!
Absolutely great experience. From the front office staff, to the hygienist, to the doctor, I was treated very well. I was anxious to have my teeth looked at but after listening to how calm and happy everyone was I was calmed down very quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone in town!
From the initial call, to my first in person visit, I got great vibes from everyone. High energy and positivity. Very knowledgeable and helpful in navigating my dental needs at my age. Not coercive in any way. Loved everyone completely. Can't wait for the next steps in my dental care.
