The staff is very professional yet make you feel as if they have known you forever! If you are searching for a great dental experience with personable folks look no further!!! Julie (OM), Ercia (DA), Laurie (Hygentist), Paige (Recptionist) who is so nice and answered my questions with tons of patience, and possibly one the best dentist in the land Dr. Zeman. So glad I discovered my Aspen Dental location!!!!
They make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. Lori cleaned my teeth to perfection and Paige talked me threw getting my cavities filled. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! They even watched the little one while I was being taken care of!! Two thumbs up!! Will be back in 6 months smile emoticon
This was my first dental experience in years and I am very pleased with how well I was treated. Kim went above and beyond to relax me in my mildly timid state. I will be coming back to get more work done.
The staff was very freindly and professional. Kim was excellent with explaining the different procedures. i have heard alot of bad things about ROOT CANALS but i basically had NO PAIN!!! the only reason that Aspen dosent receive a 5 star rating is the cost of the procudures. i felt like i was getting ready to buy a car!
My experience at Aspen Dental in Madison, TN was great. Dr. Zeman and his assistant Kim were awesome. They were very thoughtful of my dental needs and done a great job taking care of me! I also want to say all of the staff there were very friendly and made me feel at ease!! The office itself is very comfortable and clean!!
Kim came out and called my name and I had the most pleasant experience that I've ever had in an dental environment.She made feel comfortable and set everything up for Dr.Zeman in a proper and professional manner...It always makes my day not just my visit great so I will definitely be returning in the future...#GreatPlace

My experience was great! First off, Aspen is very affordable. Second, the staff crew were awesome and assisted me well. They also made you feel very comfortable and "at home", along with their sweet personalities and funny jokes. I will definitely be back again! AK- the receptionist was very sweet over the phone as well as in person. My dental assitant, Kim, made the experience fun and easy. Laurie (Hygentist) & Julie (OM) were just as nice. Last but not least, Dr.Zeman was very professional.
