RecommendedI have to say that the staff is very nice!! Appointments are available pretty quickly. I did have to do some of the foot work myself as far as making other calls and dealing with insurance. It is very important for me to get the work done as quickly as possible. My son is getting married and I want nothing more than to be able to smile in the pictures. They seem to understand the urgency and are working with me to make that happen. No complaints at this point. (Thanks for making my wish come true) You all are awesome!

THUMBS DOWN!! NO COMPASSION! Just got my explanation of benefits from my ins. co. & it doesn't match up with what they said would be covered on my pretreatment estimate. I understand an estimate is an estimate but I specifically asked if the pretreatment plan was ran through the ins. co. & was told told yes. My New Patient exam Xrays showed I had previous bone loss, so they said I needed "Perio maintenance". Well this wasn't covered because there was no prior treatment or records for this. I went there for a basic cleaning , which was wonderful until I got a notice from my insurance a denial for my appointment, a 1,179.00 bill . I was sick not knowing what they all charged me , a perio check which my insurance doesn’t cover and no warning of it also . So before you get in chair you better ask or tell just a basic cleaning. Very disappointed!
