Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office! Super nervous to walk in because of my fear of Anything dental! Lauren made my experience so reassuring and she was very calming. She stayed with me the entire time. Best part was the office manager! He took his time with me and explained all of the options! And got me in super quick! I had an amazing visit today Everyone was super nice from my check-in with Crystal to getting my x-rays done with Lauren and the dentist explained everything Dr. Vaporis Was wonderful and answering all my questions and concerns And my appointment ended with Aaron the operation manager who did a amazing job explaining my insurance what they cover what they didn’t what I was expected to pay in different ways I could finance it to get it paid My whole experience was so awesome that I actually schedule My Husband Jeff McCoy Also... read more
Was first visit in several years. Lauren i think took our trays was so sweet. Dr V was very nice and explained options well. Aaron the office manager "maybe", was very nice and explained our insurance options and treatment plans. Very informative but was trying to train, answer phone, answer others questions as well as explain to us at the same time. I don't think I could have done better myself under the circumstances. He was definitely pulled in several directions.
Staff was great to work with. Crystall was very nice to talk to, Lauren was sweet and did great X-rays and Aaron was easy to talk to and explained payments and options very well. Over all great experience
After reading the horror stories I am checking out Other options. I am on Medicaid now unexpectedly an Army widow. It is a shame even "HMO" clients aren't getting their care, crowns, porcelene, parsials, or dentures done according to dentist "pledge". My husband would be ashamed. It's also a shame you don't value or consider military families who sometimes rely on government benefits. I wish well Aspen. Feel free to share my messages.
