I went in for an implant consultation. these people are scammers. sales people to the core. I got a quote for an implant of $11,000 and I had to pay all upfront. I told them no I want it to go through my insurance first. Well they didn't like that answer so they said that I needed to get an emergency deep clean to the tune of $3400 included in that was a toothbrush for $135 toothpaste for $30 which they didn't point out on the list of all the charges. needless to say maybe I needed a deep clean but they could've said hey do... read more

I recently had several thousands of dollars of work done at Aspen dental. First they promised I would have my teeth ready for Christmas they weren't then when they were ready after Christmas they were done wrong they had removed a tooth and forgotten to add it to the denture.... I waited I finally got it several weeks after Christmas although when I purchased the whole package in November they promised it would all be ready by Christmas. This place charged me upfront for my dental services (never had anyone do that). Then I get a bill in the mail telling me it's going to collections. I have reached out to the office. They had no office or insurance managers working at that time. My bill has numerous of the same charges plus some. Called the "office manager", (who they must have hired from the garbage can) hung up on me twice. This place is a scam. As for the office manager, get some customer service skills.
