Really nice and clean facility. Staff very knowledgeable and warm. SUPER EXPENSIVE! My full plan was about $36,000. I didn’t think my smile looked that bad at all for almost 40 thousand dollars worth of damage.

I give Aspen Dental, 5+ Stars across the board! Upon searching for a new dentist office that accepted our dental insurance, I ran into a lot of bumps in the road. As a long time Customer Service personnel, I know how customers should be treated. I felt the immediate connection with receptionist, Maria over the phone. Once I arrived at the office, the entire staff was friendly. Unfortunately had to visit Aspen Dental in Miami Florida for minor adjustment on a denture and from the moment I walked in, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience! The receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant and attentive to my issue. The assistant was genuinely kind as well as the doctor that helped me even though I was a walk-in. I’ve only had one appointment at this office and it did not disappoint in any way. Every single person who I encountered from x-ray to the office manager was such a delight. Going to the dentist is already such a hard thing for most, especially me and they made everything an easy process. Thank you!

Just moved to Miami at the end of 2023 and had to find a new dentist. The team here is really good. Maria at the front desk is awesome and super helpful. The dentist and staff are great. They put together a holistic and long term plan that made sense to address my dental needs. Some dentist don’t give you the costs up front, along with the plan; this office does and makes it easier for you to make decisions around planning out your dental care/budget.
