I’ve only had one appointment at this office and it did not disappoint in any way. Every single person who I encountered from x-ray to the office manager was such a delight. Unfortunately had to visit Aspen Dental in Miami Florida for minor adjustment on a denture and from the moment I walked in, I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience! The receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant and attentive to my issue. The assistant was genuinely kind as well as the doctor that helped me even though I was a walk-in. Really nice and clean facility. Staff very knowledgeable and warm. SUPER EXPENSIVE! My full plan was about $36,000. I didn’t think my smile looked that bad at all for almost 40 thousand dollars worth of damage.
I give Aspen Dental, 5+ Stars across the board! Upon searching for a new dentist office that accepted our dental insurance, I ran into a lot of bumps in the road. They treated me very well. The staff is very professional and they made me feel comfortable. They offer a good way to pay and they explained my dental care very thoroughly and made the plan for my teeth concise and easy.
