Wonderful staff and so friendly. If I lived in Pa I’d make this place my go to dentist office. Shout out to Beverly, Caroline, Jordan, Samantha, and Dr. boozy for their service. The level of care and not treated like a number is such a breath of fresh air. A humble thank you!
Best experience with a dentist in 50 yrs. I broke a tooth Sunday, I now have a temporary crown and permanent one ordered. I don't have insurance, on social security and you don't take Medicare. The staff worked with me on finances. The dentists and office staff are amazing.
First, I was late because I got lost. All of the dental office staff were understanding, and reassuring. It was my first appointment at this office. After I filled out paperwork, I didn't have to wait long for xrays, then an initial exam from a very capable hygienist. She was kind, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Woods was helpful during my exam. I am a repeat customer, I had a while ton of stuff done around 13 years ago and was beyond happy , now, I've had to get all my teeth pulled , I let them got SO bad, they had to surgical remove them . I hit implants placed in Jan 3, and today I went back for the next step, which is to cut open , exposed, and test the implants , which did indeed "take" . I will soon have my full implant dentures in about a month I believe, and I couldn't be HAPPIER. The staff has made me feel so at ease, they are all wonderful. Janice up front... read more
A little rocky getting my dental insurance information, but the staff was very nice and respectful. The plan for my partial was discussed in detail and I never felt I was being led one way or another. Overall, a great first impression!
