Very nice and under standing
You guys did good when you saw me, but making me wait two hours was a little much. I understand if you are a little behind, but when someone makes an appointment they are expecting to be seen at that time. I have a swamped schedule and it put me behind in my school work.
Everyone was great.
It was a good experience. I was treated in a timely manner.

Very organized and caring.
Y'all were rude in and out and at one point had me number up and sat in the waiting room for over an hour cause you went to lunch straight shit service.
When I arrived at the office I was told my appointment was cancelled. The receptionist said they called and left a message. I had no missed calls and no voice mail from Aspen. She told me that they did not have a dentist in the office for the rest of the day and that my crown had not actually come in. She said they would call to reschedule. This was very poor customer service.
