My appointment today was right on time. The dental hygienist, Jenn, performed a thorough cleaning, X-rays and flouride treatment. Jenn is excellent, skilled, friendly and very professional . She is the best hygienist I have ever met. Dr. Harris performed my examine. He explained his findings, easy for me to understand. Dr. Harris is the most gentle dentist that has ever gave me dental care.
WOW what a place. I scheduled my brother for dental work. He has mild dementia. The first visit they came up with a cost of $30,000 for extractions and dental implants that he did not want. Then it was $14,000 for partial dentures he did not want either due go the extreme costs. At check out there was a cleaning cost paid for with the check out that was not done as part of the visit. I had to have 2 root canals and 3 wisdom teeth pulled, and a deep cleaning done. I have had everything done so far except for the last root canal which is set up to get done next month. Everything has went well and even when I was told that the root canal was going to be a problem I didn’t feel like it was that much of one. They said my roots were all twisted together and I barely felt any pain after it was all done. When I went in they told me I had pediatric insurance and they could not treat me. I called my insurance and they said no I have adult insurance. They called someone and they were told no I do not have coverage. She offered me the marketplace number and told me I have to change my insurance. I called my insurance after leaving and they assured me I do have insurance. I went to another dental clinic and they had no issue providing me service and not making up random stuff. They took such good care of my 15 yr old son. He was in so much pain, his normal dentist would not listen to me about him just needing an extraction, not a root canal. Took him to Aspen and they not only pulled it same day, but also informed us his tooth had 3 fractures. Fair pricing, quality work. 100% recommend. Thank you Aspen Dental! 🦷
