Thank you all so very much for not only stepping up, but, going far above and beyond in fixing an issue that was created by an aspen dental office in a different city, that speaks volumes about your level of integrity. Every single staff member is kind, friendly, and professional, you care and it shows.

I was treated very well, and every one there where very pleasant. The only issue I had with my visit is I told every one to please call me Butch. That is what I gone by my whole life. But the office manager Amy insist on calling me Swazy. I told her since she insisted on calling me Swazy I would have to write a bad review on her. But the second time I returned the next day. The Dentist is not...

I'll admit, we were very skeptical when we were forced to switch to Aspen due to a change in dental insurance. We had previously had the same dentist for over 20 years! We have now been with Aspen for over a year, my husband and I both see them for our regular cleanings and fillings in between. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received. 70,000 for dentures ridiculous. Nothing affordable about that. They said you could get them financed for $70,000 I got about buy a house.

I made an an appointment for routine cleaning. Upon arrival was told the charge would be approximately $420! The explanation revealed they are charging for X-rays and the Dentist's exam. I explained my teeth are fine and healthy. I just need a routine cleaning. "Their policy" is to make everyone get X-rays and a Dentist charge. Can't get a cleaning without these charges! And this is why people aren't comfortable seeking dental care after years of neglecting themselves. Where is any kind of compassion or empathy because it's not here at Aspen Dental on 21st st!! a filling fell out and i went to aspen dental because they offered a free xam & x rays for a new oatient. thought i was going to get emergency service but this dr ryu looked at my yooth then said sending me to the office manager where she told me it will be $292 to fill this one tooth. tried to get me to finance like a car salesman. then when i got home a small piece of it fell out went back next day and they claim its another area of the same tooth? i mean cmon now you were getting paid to fic that while tooth and you didnt... read more
