I hate to go to the dentist worse then any other doctor. I've had several very bad experiences at other dental offices(Coast dental by far the worse )…And I made this very clear at my appointment. I had my stay strong shirt on, had taken my prescribed Valium, and braved it out. I needed an extraction, and I needed an oral surgeon to remove it. Everyone was very nice, calming and patient. Team that conducted oral surgery was awesome! However Dr Standford was not very patient centered this morning for my post op appointment - was not wanting to entertain my concerns because I’m just a patient and she is the expert - lacking customer service - requested different dentist for future visits. Young and cocky doesn’t cut it for me! Bella Garcia is amazing and prob why I am there for sure!
Started out needing a wisdom tooth extraction with a slight infection. Anyway, ran into an issue with my insurance. My company had went with a different dental insurance company in 2017 and never gave out that information. Well Jennifer & Andi didn't bat an eye, give an attitude or get rude. They worked with me as I collected the correct information, put the new info in their systems & are reprocessing my visits. I waited for about an hour to be seen! But all the employees were very friendly! I was having pain in my tooth! And found out I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out! They got me scheduled As soon as possible! Once I got in the back it was in and out! I am very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth taken out because I don’t have the money to be Sedated!
They are amazing... I just love them...im well pleased

I had not been to a dentist in more than 10 years due to my last horrible visit. The whole staff was very professional, helpful and non-judgmental regarding my lack of dental care. They did their best to help me with the financial arrangements so it better suited my budget and income. They are the BEST!
