I had my second soft realignment today. As always, Kadian, made my bite for my temporary dentures back where it should be. I'd also like to note, Kadian is one of the reasons why I go back to the dentist office without fear. As someone with a lifelong fear of dental work, it doesn't go unnoticed, her calm demeanor and care for individuals is appreciated greatly. I'm grateful each time I go and am met with compassion and kindness. Thank you Kadian,for being stellar in your work!
Office lady Anna Was So Rude and Unprofessional, making My Refund Personal And Withholding The Full Refund and giving me A Total attitude! I deserved A full refund due to Them not Knowing when they would have a Denture tech to finish the job started two months ago and I paid in full waiting and waiting and them not fitting right when trying them on finally it looked like students were doing the work making these dentures even the doctor was embarrassed! I had a $4,500 bridge installed due to a prior dentist screwing up a crown requiring a tooth to be pulled. The new dentist at (Dr. Robert Penrod (DMD?) - License: DN16814) at Aspen Dental screwed up one of the perfectly good teeth to install the bridge and tried to tell me the pain would go away in a couple days. The pain never went away even after multiple visits for the same issue, so he referred me to a root canal specialist. Like all of the other reviews I had a horrible experience. They gave me no choice but to get an expensive gingivitis cleaning even though I have been getting my teeth cleaning with no issues every 6 months for 20+ years (at another dentist). The cleaning was no different and less thorough than cleaning I have had from my previous dentist, unfortunately I moved out of state so I had to find a new dentist. My extraction was done here and I had a great experience with the dentist, hygienist and tech. The after treatment is where the aggravation and disappointment comes in...the dentist gave me a script for a pain medication. Today is day 3 of me literally suffering in pain because my pharmacy is unable to get in contact with the office in order to verify the prescriber and DEA #. I made a wisdom tooth appointment about a month and a half. I had talk to the people at the front desk over the phone, which was my first mistake, and they told me that everything would be all right and to come in on Friday a little early I came in a day ahead because I couldn't get a hold of them. They told me that they were down nationwide, and that there was no oral surgeon that would be able to take me on Friday. Aspen Dental is such a scam! Wife went for consult, and to schedule routine cleaning. That wanted $1000 for a deep clean. Wanted her to come every 4 months! No issues, or cavities or anything wrong. Just said "she had deep" pockets in her teeth and therefore a light cleaning wouldn't be good enough. They would NOT budge on demanding $1000 for a routine cleaning!!!! Horrible place. Went for a toothache. They take xrays then the hygienist comes in to measure bone density. I ask her to please not touch my tooth. She says she won't but it's the first tooth she jabs with her pokey thing. I made her stop after a few more teeth, because my mouth was bleeding. The dentists comes in, accuses me of being rude and says it's necessary for a complete exam. I couldn't trust him. I ran out of there. Read the reviews people, this place is a scam.
