I'm a person who has a great fear of dentist but I was put at ease with all the people who work here and Dr. Jones is the best love love love her, wish I had found her earlier.. Don't put it off call today.
Staff had good attitude. That is important to me. Dad just needed a tooth repair. Done on the spot in 45 minutes, perfect match. OK, pay up time, the smiley manager who takes all of your money. Never saw anyone work so hard to get me a good deal. She checked insurance, possible applicable coupons, senior discounts etc. We are fairly poor so it was appreciated, the bill was much lower than expected. We needed good news. My husband had a lot of dental work that needed done and he has always feared dentists. The Aspen Dental office staff was so friendly and professional, making him feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Jones did an amazing job for him. He said she's the only dentist ever that he has felt comfortable with. The office manager, Tommi, was very friendly and helpful in getting our financing done. I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt, Elaine Stuart. On November 29, 2016 Elaine's teeth were surgically removed and replaced with a set of dentures which she is thrilled with! The dentures look so natural and fit perfectly. Elaine would like to give a big shout out to Dr. Jones who was responsible for the surgery and made her feel exceptionally comfortable.
