Great Experience, who doesn't get white coat syndrome? Not here, great friendly service all the way around. Everyone made me feel comfortable and right at ease explaining every step of the process, from the front receptionist staff to the dental assistants to the dental hygienist, all the way up to the Dentist. They treat me so nice, it almost takes the pain away. LOL No complaints
Timeliness is hugely important to me and for my new patient screening at Aspen Dental they failed to show me that they practice that. I arrived to the location fifteen minutes earlier for my appointment and I was not seen until an hour after my appointment time. The part that upset me most was watching more than five other people check-in and be seen before me. I was left without understanding and felt frustrated that a simple appointment took several hours of my time. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The best dental experience I've ever had. The office, nice and clean, the staff friendly and very helpful especially the assistant Don. I have and will continue to recommend everyone I know to this office.
Love this place!!! My husband has been looking for a dentist for a few years now, so happy he finally listen to me and went here. The people that work there are incredible, so sweet, and we never had to wait. Definitely will be telling everyone about it. Thanks aspen for everything

A year ago I was dreading having to pick a dentist. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose aspen dental in Waterford!!! The staff is so welcoming and even the doctor is just understanding and kind. If you are looking for a dentist office where they do an amazing job and are understanding, kind, and friendly this office is the one for you.
