The office is gorgeous, super clean, and the team is friendly. They explained everything to me and though I wasn't able to move forward with treatment right away, they didn't treat me like they just wanted money from me. I look forward to continuing to get work done there and bringing my husband as well!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Dr. Dayana Melendez Ochoa and her assistant Adrian are simply amazing! So gentle, kind, and professional. They made me feel super comfortable and cared for every step of the way. They’re very well-informed throughout the entire process. I had a few extractions and asked for a full and lower denture. Upper denture fits good and feels good. I was provided a temporary lower denture until my gums healed. Aspen made a new lower denture and tried to adjust it. The issue is that the new denture causes the upper denture to lose suction. To correct this they need to do an allignment. The cost of this allignment was $400.00. With a discount it would have been $200.00. I paid for a full set of dentures that fit properly, NOT any additional fees.

Got billed 6 months later for a comprehensive exam. I had insurance at the time, so why are they billing me? I gave them all of my insurance information at the time, and was not told of any issues with my provider. Naturally, if there were issues, I wouldn't have bothered with the comprehensive exam in the first place. For that matter, these guys are a rip off.
