The office is gorgeous, super clean, and the team is friendly. They explained everything to me and though I wasn't able to move forward with treatment right away, they didn't treat me like they just wanted money from me. I look forward to continuing to get work done there and bringing my husband as well!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! I never write reviews of anything but read this one PLEASE!!!! I moved from another state and was in the lookout for a dentist to get my checkups/cleanings done. I got an appointment in this location and the Hygienist was AWFUL, she treated me like I was dumb and was annoyed of the questions that I had, she told me I had periodontal gum disease (after doing some research of my own is a life long desease and the pictures are terrifying) and the 1st treatment was $4000!!! Got billed 6 months later for a comprehensive exam. I had insurance at the time, so why are they billing me? I gave them all of my insurance information at the time, and was not told of any issues with my provider. Naturally, if there were issues, I wouldn't have bothered with the comprehensive exam in the first place. For that matter, these guys are a rip off. I found a dentist in my area that could provide the same service for 25% of what they were charging me, and that was without insurance. After this, I'm pretty much do... read more
The service at Aspen Dental is awesome. They were very attentive and explained the process and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Also if you do not have insurance they have an insurance plan which is inexpensive and will save you money.
5-star customer service, professionalism, new & modern facilities, and most importantly a team of well-trained medical professionals. My questions were answered with patience and understanding. My time was respected and I was given an estimate of time at each step, which was met exactly. The entire team shows courtesy, respect and understanding to each patient. What was initially an emergency appointment has turned me into a client for life!
