I had my caps put on in 2023 November to be exact. Today I returned to the office due to one of my caps falling off and the treatment that I received was outstanding from the previous. The staff was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. My new dentist doctor found decay and cavities under my caps and has gotten me taken care of. Thank you Aspen Dental.
If I could give more stars I would. I know that everyone is different and have different needs but my experience was wonderful. I hadn't been seen by the dentist in years because I have a fear of the dentists. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the office staff and they were friendly. My husband went in for his appointment yesterday and it took longer than expected because the doctor that was there last year isn't there anymore. My husband was frustrated because of this but things turned around quickly. We were directed to speak with the office manager before we left. I want to start off with saying the dental hygienists here are phenomenal and not at all judgmental. Regrettably, being very mobile in my mid-20s and the pandemic had me neglect going in to see the dentist for a few years. They were very helpful with navigating how to get back on the right track for my dental health. Unfortunately everything else is a mess. Well first of all they couldn't even verify my insurance. How hard is that. Told me I had non. Than they gave me an estimate for 7000 dollars for 2 root canals I don't need. 7000 imagine that. Shouldn't be more than 600. All I have is 2 chipped teeth, no cavities. I guess she thought I was easily fooled because I'm feeble and old. Not with this gal. The assistant was great so.yeah don't go there.
