Worst place ever. I have Sat in the waiting room literally watching the front desk lady just sit there and not answer the phone as it was ringing now I know why my phone calls were never answered and messages never returned. We stopped by on a Saturday at 12:20 pm since they weren't answering my calls, their doors were locked with people in there and their hours stated they closed at 1pm on their website. I had my first visit here due to tooth pain. I don't recall anyone's name, but everyone was very nice and professional. They were also comforting and made me feel calm and at ease when two teeth had to be extracted. I highly recommend this office for your dental work.
This office will make you waste your time and money. I spent $3200 and a whole year to date for absolutely nothing. I was having dental implants done and both failed so they had to be removed. Waited 6 months for my jaw to heal and when back in Nov. for a follow up. The doctor stated that I would be called to set up an appt to have the implants reset with their oral surgeon. Aspen advertises having an on site lab. This is what they sold me. It's not what they gave me. I had to sign for my permanent partial long before ever actually receiving it. I'm sure this was in order to skirt around the 90 day guarantee. I would really look around before spending good money here. This Aspen dental is a great place. They worked with me and put up with my anger due to another aspen dental missing my cavities and root canal. As well as my confusion about payment. They were very kind and worked with me and I really liked them and will definitely be returning. Great dentist!
