When I first went there they seemed overwhelming with the price. For implants their guote was 16 k. I told them my house only cost 17k. I needed something more affordable. I talked to the dentist and she asked what I wanted to accomplish. I had 9 bad teeth left on my lower jaw. I asked about extracting them and new plate cost, with a new upper since l had mine since I was 16. My next birthday l will be 80.My insurance would only cover 3000 a year. I went to Aspen Dental on Thursday, 9/11 of this year. I was told I needed a cleaning, a set of Motto aligners, and two fillings on my left top and right bottom. I scheduled an appointment for 9/15 to get my fillings done and cleaned. I get to my appointment, and they say I actually needed three fillings, so they did one on my top left tooth. While working on my second filling, I was having some sensitivity going on, so they couldn't find out the reason why there was sensitivity, so I had to make another appointment for 9/25... read more

At first when you go in everyone is so nice and playing their part. Next thing they start telling you all these things are wrong and how you need to have this done and that done. They have the fancy machinery to make you believe it too. The doctor won't discuss any payment of anything and the doctor will also tell you what ya wanna hear and then go in next room and tell their staff he's funny about thinking that's gonna happen. Erin was fantastic! Friendly conversation during X-rays keeping my nerves at bay. Dr Sutton is awesome extremely knowledgeable willing to listen and answer questions. By far best dentist visit in a decade. Glad to call them my providers now. Wonderful office highly recommend.

Tania was very friendly and knowledgeable when getting my x-rays. She presented with a beautiful, calm manner. Great experience! The Dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained my procedure and answered all my questions. I met with Gladys to price everything out. Received up front pricing with no surprises. She tried multiple ways to lower my cost. What a great experience!
