I have seen so many crazy reviews about Aspen, but my experience was totally different from the moment I called and asked for an appointment. Kayla was so nice on the phone and got me booked and ready for my appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, it was not packed at all, but it was also early in the morning. The experience was awesome. Very friendly, professional and easy to work whether you had insurance or of pocket. I had an emergency a they got me in and out quickly I was very pleased.
I moved from the city to Miller Place in 2020. I continued to travel to the city to see my dentist till Aspen Dental opened an office near me. The office is super clean, equiped with the latest technology. From the doctor, the receptionist, to the office manager, I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the procedures and cost. I highly recommend them.
Dr Chen is amazing, i had a tooth extraction ,stitches, had to get a flipper and just on nova cane i didn't feel a thing . i have always had bad experiences with dentist in the past she made my outlook different i will be going back to her.
