When I first started going to aspen dental I absolutely loved them and now as the years have went on they’ve gotten awful. Not only have they messed up my husbands account, telling him he owes when insurance has even called them and told them he doesn’t and that it’s covered, they’ve also had to reschedule my teeth cleaning the last two years in a row and I’ve waited 9 months to be seen each time when the standard time is 6 months! I love going t o aspen dental they really care about their customers and make you feel comfortable with them. They listen to you. The actual dentist Dr Ryan at the westdnedge office is awesome. I was afraid to go by he made me feel not afraid to be there. Also the DA was terrific! She talked to me like we I was a friend from the past! She is very friendly and they both know their jobs very well. I felt comfortable with every appointment and will continue my visits with aspen dental. Love you guys and keep up the great work
I had a horrible experience at another dentist last week, so i was pretty anxious going in. But Ann my dental assistant was amazing, took her time and explained everything calmly and kindly. If I had one critique, it would be that the hygienist who was measuring my gums could have explained what she was going to do first as it was invasive and uncomfortable. But over all everyone was amazing. Highly recommend this team.
This was the best dental experience I've had in my 49 years. I got a tooth pulled and 3 fillings. The dentist and his assistant are relaxed, quick, extremely friendly, and work together as an efficient team. Great attitudes. Very competent. Up front pricing. Reception is super friendly. I can't say enough!
The Aspen Dental Location off Westnedge is the best! First of all, I was a walk-in patient with a dream of having a new smile and I truly got exactly what I wanted! Nicole is the lady that will get you financed if you need and she helped me finance twice! She can help you if she helped me for real! The dentists are stellar at both locations and were very gentle but Dr.Brown on West Main is the best of the best, she was at the Westnedge location but she moved.
