The staff was great. Very helpful in helping me understand everything I needed to know
Had problem with crown prep. Have to alter approach to full denture. Temp crown was problematic crystal and Dr. Griffe were great. Rectified my immediate problem and helped to alter my future plan.

In my last review I forgot to mention how accommodating Ms. Coombs was in scheduling my visits. I needed clearance for surgery the end of the month,and she was able to fit me in.
I was very nervous but the assistant (I'm sorry I can't think of her name) put me at ease. She and Dr. Griffee explained everything completely
The lady who did my x-rays was very comforting and nice. I was very nervous and she told me she thought I had a great smile which put me at ease. I forget her name right now but when I saw the dentist she was there with me and even gave me a tissue when I needed it. The doctor I saw was a very nice man who was straight to the point and friendly, he had great bedside manner. I also loved the woman I met after my exam who made my future appointments for me and talked finances with me. She gave me great advice and all the time ... read more
