Have been going to the Greece office for past 2 1/2 years now. Everyone is always so nice.. had to wait a little bit longer but they recognized this and kept apologizing. As a consumer that's all that is needed.. they make you feel valued. Wonderful staff .. so friendly. They make going to a Dentist a pleasant experience.

From someone who USED TO hate going to the dentist, I cannot say enough about this place. I absolutely love them! The staff are so friendly and personable, but best of all, efficient and good at what they do! I have had a lot of work done in a short period of time. I had the new patient exam, a root canal, 3 fillings, 2 wisdoms removed, and a deep clean. I remember that going to the dentist used to be painful. Removing and replacing teeth is never fun, but during this appointment, I am pleased to say that this situation was met with consideration and exceptional attitude by all. Lisa, Gina, Jenny and Dr. Quagliata were great. Younger children should not be ""put-off"" if visiting this office, and yet anyone older will like the professionalism ensued by the staff.

I had a great visit to the Aspen Dental in Irondequoit, NY. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, sensitive, and helpful. I was so nervous about getting my first root canal and they really made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Maja is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is warm and polite and does a wonderful job without all the pain. The rest of the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I go to the aspen dental in greece to get my work done. The office is so friendly and outgoing and i always feel welcome when i go there. All the girls are excellent i will always recomend aspen to family and friends keep up the great work!

Besides everyone being friendly and helpful, this office has perfected how to make patients feel better. I switched from Q Dental and here's why. At Q Dental I paid every time I went and they always owed me money at the end of the year. At Aspen, I haven't had to do that. Q dental insisted I needed to have gum surgery and I didn't. I have always hated the dentist, but I don't any more. They have really helped me fix my dental issues and at a price I can afford, without owing me a penny. :)
