My mother is 91 yo. It was freezing in your office and she was there approximately 2 hours. We asked to turn down the air conditioning and they refused. Also, the dentist kept going in and out of the room to help other patients forcing my mother to wait and freeze. When we left, we were both frozen. The dental work itself was good. The first of her 3 visits was a disorganized mess. The dentist did not appear to care my mother was so cold.

The dentist was cold and seemed Irritated about something. She did not take the time to answer any of my questions, I would not recommend her to anyone. I will say the others women in the office were very nice and accommodating.

Was not very happy and I paid $500!for a flipper that is still not right and the dentist was very rude and I don't appreciate it when I'm paying for a service will never go there or re amend aspen to anyone

Waiting time was horrible my appointment was at 3:15pm I arrived at 3pm because I'm a new patient I didn't get seen to about 4pm which to me is very unprofessional, while getting my x Ray done it went smooth I was very comfortable once I got in the back with the dentist it was very pleasant she was very nice very professional my time with the dentist went very quick. Then when it was time to check out the check out clerk was very unprofessional which was not pleasant may me feel like I should have chosen a different dentist.... read more
