Best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist and staff in general. The front staff were very nice and patient, the lobby was quite small but nice and clean and not uncomfortable. We got seen pretty quickly even though they were busy. We didn’t feel rushed at all and any question I had they were patient and answered them to the best of their ability. Friendly but corporate. Slow to be seen, and the cost for 2 simple extractions was 4x what my family dentist charged me one month prior. I do not doubt their skill but if you are lacking adequate insurance I suggest to look elsewhere.
I went here after reviews and another office I was not pleased with. The staff from the front desk to the dentist for my consultation and the financial assistance was wonderful! I will continue working with them to get dentures for a beautiful new smile!
They’re very money-focused and operate like a typical corporate business. For dental needs, you’re better off going to a small, locally owned practice instead of a corporate chain. The staff themselves are very nice, but the process is overly pushy and has too many unnecessary steps. For example, they can’t release medical records directly it takes 7–14 business days, and you have to request them from the corporate office since the dental office itself won’t provide them.
My experience at Aspen Dental , summed up in two words are ☝🏾excellent! ✌🏾professionalism! My visit went smoothly even though I did have my current dental insurance carrier info, which had changed since my last visit, while I was on hold with my employer for the new carrier’s information the staffer at Aspen took the initiative to search using my old health card to locate my current dental info.
