Absolutely the best! I was having horrible, horrible pain and managed to grab an early a.m appointment. Everything was great from the get go. They called before I arrived to verify my insurance, check in was a breeze and my care was excellent, plus they were able to squeeze me in for an extraction. I'm truly not understanding all the negative reviews. Had a really good visit with Dr. Candido, he's quite competent and personal. The cherry on top was Katie Sawyer, the Licensed Dental Assistant, very kind, pleasant, personable, walked me through the whole procedure. I would definitely come back.

If I could leave a zero I would. They don't care about the patient or their dental health. I had a failed root canal from childhood and needed emergency services and Aspen Dental was the only "provider" willing to see me. What they are is a middle man to American First Finance (AFF), a personal loan provider. They'll have you sign up for a monthly loan and even if you pay it every month they don't have the basic human decency to tell you that your insurance didn't cover the whole procedure! Had a root canal and was not numbed properly during untill dealing with the pain for half of it. The part of the tooth they replaced completely fell off after a couple of months. Have tried to go in multiple times and been turned away, online scheduling issues. Very frustrated makes me not want to go back.

Yet another terrible experience at Aspen Dental in Roseville. I am locked into a contract with them and MOTTO, their aligner system, or else I would never go back. At the first appointment, they tried putting on a bracket 4 times before it stuck. Later that same night, the bracket fell off. I rescheduled an appointment in a week to get the bracket put back off. I was very frustrated. I have called and when I was there I have asked to speak to a manager about the unjust charge. One of the staff member didn't even explained to me why I needed to sign. I told them multiple times that I don't need a filling because I have insurance that covers it, but they did it anyways. Now I have to pay extra on this. I have never got a phone call back, Lack of communication. Never going back there again. Over charge.

Very shady! Beware! They are inconsiderate and do not care about you or your time just money! Called to make my daughter an appointment. Confirmed my insurance type because I specifically asked if the took my coverage and if they were taking new customer considering that I had been hearing all day that places who did take insurance type was not excepting new patiences and vice versa.
