Staff was exceptional! Very professional and knowledgeable staff!
I had a good experience on my first visit to Aspen dental. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. My only complaint would be the twenty dollar professional consult charge. Why am I being charged for Aspen dental to tell me what there prices and services will be how else will I find out? I did know I was charged for this until I revived my receipt.
Your X-ray dept. left a lot to be desired. They were very inexperienced. They put things in my mouth the wrong way and caused me discomfort and then had me in the wrong position for the machine to go around my head, I was bumped by the machine in the shoulder. As far as the Doctor and the two hygeniist's I had they were very professional.
From walking in to the reception area to the technicians in the back ... everything was clean and pleasant. The staff is very knowledgeable. The online scheduling was easy and user friendly. All in all ... I had a great experience. They would have received a 5 star rating but unfortunately, they really couldn't work with me on a payment plan for the work I needed. But I still would recommend this facility if you have the finances and don't need to be put in a reasonable price plan.

The minute that I walked into the office I was greeted with smiling faces and such positive energy I automatically knew that I was hopping to have a great experience being that I am petrified of dentist. Dr. Keen was very professional and very informative on my treatment that was necessary for me. The office manager Walter was so sweet and polite and very funny it was hard not to smile at the end of my visit and went over all my options clearly.
