I loved the flexibility of being able to make an emergency appointment online the night before. I walked in at opening and was greeted by Liz, who went above and beyond to help get my insurance paperwork sorted out. As a 40 yr old woman the thought of having to get fake teeth was gut wrenching. With complications from prior gastric bypass surgery followed by a difficult pregnancy, the acid from throwing up left my teeth in shambles and the choices ahead seemed grim. Hands down, I had an AMAZING experience with Dr.Mariam! For once, I’m actually looking forward to returning to a dentistry office for cleanings + regular maintenance. The staff is so, so sweet and helpful - Mariam and Dr.Merchi were the highlights of the experience! Office staff is great, they take their time, you don’t feel rushed or pressured to do anything. Extremely accommodating, and they explain everything to you step by step. The Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and sweet, the office manager knows what he is doing. He’s very personable, treats each patient and guest as if they are the only ones present, and was constantly checking on not only the patients but on his staff! A+++
