I was in extreme pain and my regular dentist had emergency visits but refused to call me back. A friend advised to call Aspen Dental. I called, yesterday 5/18 and they got me right in- Kingston . Advised I needed root canal done but had to go to Schenectady to do so. They were able to get me in today 5/19. Dr Thomas in Schenectady advised that they couldn’t do it as there were issues with the tooth which I kind of knew. Called for urgent appointment, got right in the next day. Showed up 15 min early for 9 apt, I was x-rayed n in the chair ready for Dr. Birman 5 min BEFORE apt time. LOVED IT. He and Shannon explained everything, answered all my questions. Totally great experience from check in to exit. I did not feel rushed. Great professionalism, great bedside manor, great covid policy’s in place. To all the staff I thank you, I was impressed. **very Prompt, informative, friendly, professional**

I was completely satisfied when I entered aspen dental. Ally the hygienist made the atmosphere and the experience very comfortable and relaxing. Educated me on my gums, teeth and how to take care of them. very satisfied with her work.

I recently had a lot of dental work done (deep cleaning, two root canals, two crowns, etc) at Aspen Dental in Niskayuna. My doctors were very thorough and pleasant. The dental assistants and office staff were very friendly and attentive. I was able to finance the work that my insurance didn't cover through a 3rd party lender. Because of the extensive work that I had done, I was sometimes in the chair for 2 hours at a time. I can’t lie, I was slightly skeptical of Aspen due to the fact that it is a chain company. I got my wisdom teeth out today, something I’ve been procrastinating on for a long time due to fear. I’ve had a lot of dental work done when I was younger. My pediatrician dentist was my favorite person ever, and going to someone other than him absolutely terrified me.
