Absolutely not the worst people on the planet horrible customer service just gonna leave me in pain for four days
The initial exam was ok HOWEVER after the exam and x-rays I was told the “manager” was going to come talk to me in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment was already 1 1/2 hours long. Still no response. I walked out. I called 1/2 hours later to speak to the “manager” and was told she was about to goto lunch and would be back in 2 hours. When I questioned a 2 hour lunch I was told she had an hour lunch then a meeting to go to after lunch. I called back in 3 hours and was told she had an emergency and left and w... read more
my boyfriend vwent there on Tuesday July 7th 2020. the Dr was supposed to fix broken tooth and fill another tooth. they fixed the broken one but in the process of filling the other one they broke his tooth and now he's in pain. we want our money back or they need to fix it but my boyfriend is so disgusted he doesn't want to go back.
You cancel my appointment, as I walk in the door on time for the appointment which was changed from 2PM; to 1PM then to 3PM, and then bombard me with emails as to how was my appointment! I DIDN'T HAVE ONE!!!!! And WILL NOT BE RETURNING!
