DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get a root canal at aspen dental. Got a root canal done on a back molar and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Not only does he have terrible bed side manner he completely messed up my tooth. I was in so much pain from him puncturing my sinus cavity and blowing out my root. I called and got antibiotics but so far, a week later I go to my normal dentist to get a crown and it isn’t healing correctly :(. Aspen Dental will try to screw you over financially, and it's important to talk to your insurance provider before and during your procedure; this is what has saved me. 1. I was told all Dental insurance policies have a "Missing Tooth Clause" that basically says the insurance will not cover a replacement for a tooth that was missing prior to the start of your dental insurance policy. I have a fear of dentists and the lady taking my x-rays made sure I was ok and as comfortable as I could be. The hygienist seemed really caring and I think I will like her. She seems like a genuine honest person and the dentist, I met her but didn't get a chance to see how it's going to be yet. They do seem pricey but hopefully it's worth it

I went there to have a broken lower plate repaired and relined. after seeing 3 people and getting an unneeded xray I was quoted over 150.00 for the repair and 375.00 for the reline ! I never actually got to see a dentist. I left immediately...went to a licensed dental lab-got the repair done for 50.00 and the hard reline by a licensed dentist for 240.00.......case closed.

Aspendental in Watertown, need to know the difference between, DENTAL INSURANCE and DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN!!!!! Because, some people if they don't want to max out their DENTAL INSURANCE, they want to use their DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN. If your client say's, they DON'T WANT TO USE THE INSURANCE, BUT WANT TO USE THE DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN, since your office and your dentist is agreeing to participate on this plan, then give them the discount that they deserved. The wait time is ridiculous! 2hrs to long. go somewhere they actually care about their patients.
Their billing department will screw you over. Currently having to pay for services I didn't receive. They said it would be take care of two months ago and it wasn't. Now that it's past 90 days I have to pay for certain services I didn't receive because of a mistake by them.
I literally can not speak poorly enough for the front desk admin. She’s older, white, and rude. Don’t know how else to describe her.
