The office staff is so welcoming, they know you by name one you walk through the door. Doc is amazing he treats you like family. He makes sure that you are comfortable and is so friendly. Jen at the front is kind and friendly. Everyone there really is so kind always smiling and making sure that you are well taken care of. Thank you Aspen dental in West Valley for being so amazing.
Broke my front tooth right off. I'm embarrassed and in a fragile state to begin with when I get to the appointment. They did see me very quick, which was appreciated and needed. However when the doctor came his best solution was to rip out the majority of my teeth leaving only a few center ones on the bottom and two or three on the top and giving me partial dentures. I am 34. My oral health is n't the greatest, but it's really upsetting when you go to a dentist who's first choice is to rip out your teeth instead of coming up... read more
This entire office has been a blessing. From the moment i got my first call it was kindness, caring, understanding and compassion. They did all they could to make my situation work so i could SMILE again for the first time in years. I will recommend to anyone and everyone who asks. Thanks so much you literally changed my life!
Very knowledgeable staff and very informative, they definitely know what they're doing. My chief complaint (and warning) is the price. Do not bother with this place if you don't have good insurance. They wanted $65 for a micro abrasion (shaving a tooth down) which was a great price. However, they wanted over $500 for a gingivitis cleaning. I don't have dental insurance and it's prices like this that keep people from getting proper dental care. Great customer service and care. Everyone I interact with explains things so clearly. I was treated like I was there number one customer and it was my first time there they understood all my problems and walked me thru all the step of how to get it uncontrolled and how to keep the problem to a minimum also the DR explained the process on what needed to be done and how he will proceed and explain to me what I can expect and ask if it was good for me he let me make the final decision and he help with with some suggestions of h... read more
