Aspen Dental is wonderful! I was able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen at the time of my appointment. The staff were thorough and kind in everything they did and explained everything in detail. Most importantly, after they explained what I needed done, I was able to meet with someone who explained in detail what my insurance would cover, out of pocket expenses and how best to schedule things to maximize my benefits. Had my first Visit with Aspen Dental in Wooster. They did an awesome job letting me know what needed to be done to help me. Love Dr. K! She is wonderful. Her staff is great and friendly to work with. Highly Recommend!
Took my 89 yr old mother here. They thoroughly explained everything, did an a routine cleaning, reasonably priced awesome service. Friendly. Highly recommend. Will return when/if needed
Jessica and the team always do an excellent job. I truly enjoy coming to have my teeth cleaned by Jessica. Her upbeat friendly personalty makes it relaxing and pleasant.
Nice staff. Super helpful. Went above and beyond to help me. Diagnosed my issue and developed a plan of attack. I just moved to town 2 weeks ago and they treated me like I was a long time client. Everyone was top notch.
