First time using Aspen pest control today. Have been seeing a few carpenter ants. Oscar came out as scheduled and immediately got to work. He checked the attic, crawl space and perimeter of the house. Oscar meticulously scoured for the source and eventually found one. He then got to work with treatment and prevention. He was polite and thoughtful about or space. I enjoyed meeting him and look forward to our next scheduled visit with an update to the initial visit.

Today Oscar was just exceptional identifying and completely removing a rodent nest in our crawl space hidden by a plastic cover of the dirt floor.
