My mother is a resident at these apartments, and she mentioned an issue she had in her unit and how quickly the maintenance guy addressed her issue. This assured me that her needs were being addressed. I didn't get the gentleman name but I would like to thank him for caring.
The maintenance manager is doing a great job for us. He is doing the best he can under the circumstances
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Rosen. Aaron, Jeff and Anthony were the greatest. You guys went out of your ways to make it happen. Now, that’s how you work with customers to put them in a car. We are very grateful, thanks guys.🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾
I am not happy with when it comes to repairing things the company is slow. We still have not gotten washing machines yet. Rent seems to be the only priority and that always goes up
Christina was very helpful with getting my mom moved in & the apartments are very nice friendly neighborhood.
