Moving into this apartment was a great experience from start to finish. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The management team was professional, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and I felt welcomed right away. The building is quiet, secure, and conveniently located. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend this apartment community to others.
Lauren sets this apartment complex apart from the others. She has done such an amazing job keeping it running while also coordinating tons of activities for us. From trivia and food, to movie showings, to trick or treat candies and more, she has planned so many fun things. Not only that but she puts a lot of time and effort into planning the decorations and atmosphere. She really puts full effort into it. Honestly, because of her this has been the best complex i've ever lived at over my years.
I loved living at Aspire the first three years they were open. I was sad to leave but unforeseen circumstances, I had to move on. If one day I am fortunate enough to be able to move back, it will be my only choice. Beautiful building, grounds and the entire staff goes above and beyond for its residents.
Feels like being at a resort! Have lived here since they opened. Only moving because of work. Have met some great people if all ages. Staff has events planned a couple nights a month. . Beautiful amenities, great staff who listens to concerns and are on top of issues. Going to miss living there!! Thank you to the amazing staff!
I moved in this week to the Aspire at CityPlace, and I could not be happier. Amber, Lauren, and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Woodbury (or Saint Paul), MN. First class all the way!
