When it comes to the care services, they could be a little more attentive when pushing the call button. The activities does seem like they have quite a few things to do . Overall it's been going pretty good for my parents and we would recommend this community to other families.
Aspire is a well run facility. Their staff are invested in providing quality care. They're friendly and helpful. We appreciate that they have varied increments of support. The initial independent living costs include 0 to 7 hours of caregiving support at no additional cost. That's the level of care my parents required initially. Everyone is friendly, and very helpful. We picked this community because I loved the layout, location and availability.
My parents moved in there about [time frame removed] and are very pleased. They look healthier and happier. Less stressed. Received lots of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy to gain strength. A very nice resource. Two thumbs up.
We toured with Aspire Senior Living and it was a good tour. It seemed equal to the place that we chose, but my sisters did not want to deal with the roundabout on the way. That was the main reason we did not choose this facility.
My experience is indirect, I have only been here 3 times. My niece is the one who looked into the facilities since I live out of town and she thought Aspire was the best fit. From what I have heard, things are going great. We ask questions and [name removed] offers very helpful responses and it gives us all a sense of what is going on. Based off of our experience, I would recommend Aspire to others looking> My niece seems to very happy with the care that her mom is getting.
This community is so supportive and they are responsive they made my mothers move into the community as seamlessly easy as possible. They have a lot of activities for the residents. They have games, packer parties, outings outside of the community, exercise classes, social circles, book clubs and more.
This is the location I selected for my mom. Staff, facility amenities, and care plan were the key factors in selecting this location.
They're awesome. They're easy to work with, and provide great information. The facilities are above what I thought they were going to be going into this. They have met and exceeded what I was hoping to get, and my loved one is happy. Activities are just starting to ramp back up, but they've been pretty awesome throughout. They actually have a pool at this facility, which is an added plus. And they also have a movie theater and a beauty parlor/salon.
