We had a representative by the name Angel who helped transfer us from Verizon to AT&T. Throughout the process, we had trouble dealing with the help desk which was the only ridiculous part of it. Consistent hang ups and rude behavior. Angel on the other hand was very helpful, transparent, and welcoming. Gave us what I consider a deal of a lifetime.
