We were notified of the taxi’s imminent arrival & she arrived on time. Lovely lady & she did not want any help loading the cases. Taxi was booked to take our 2 friends from Gloucester to Heathrow Terminal 5 & our friends let us know that they had arrived in plenty of time for check in. My friend said “Taxi driver was a delight” Guess that says it all!! We will definitely use Associated Taxis again. Thank you.
