FraudErik was sent to diagnose my pool issue under American Home Shield Home warranty company. He was evasive and very difficult to contact beforehand and diagnosed the issue as subterranean leak which was not covered under my warranty ($125 deductible lost). Eric was assigned to assess my claim with ********************. The pool control keypad intermittently didn't work. He acknowledged that it needed to be replaced. In his report, he reported it as a 'multi-media control'. By doing that, the claim was rejected. The pool maintenance company we use, as well as a 30 year pool repair man, both said it is part ' GLX-PL-LOC-P-4' pool control. Nowhere in that manual does it say it can control the TV or audio.
