Our entire lives were turned upside down when we had massive water damage in our home. From the top floor to the bottom. I have never in my 60 years experienced not only the most professional experience with a company, but also true compassion! Junior, Edgar, Josh and Kim were beyond amazing. The demo team performed professionally. The only issue was not enough fans to start drying the dry walls on the 1st day. Additional fans brought the 2d day. 12 fans and 1 humidifier total was running 24 hours (loud) for 4 days. The techs did well and I'm satisfied with the work done l.
A water line to a toilet broke while we were out of town and our entire house flooded. Less than 3 hours after I called Atex, they had someone on site and starting the cleanup. The crew was Bryan, Edgar, Jr, Kim, and Josh. The all did a great job getting my house dried out. 3 weeks have passed, the house is dry and no mold is growing on things that got wet. All this during the heat of a Texas summer. Now we can start rebuilding.
Atex showed up quickly to address the flooding in my condo. Bryan was efficient and professional and reassuring. The next day Edgar and Bryan returned to continue the drying process and they moved quickly with attention to detail.
We appreciate how hard and fast everyone worked to gut our laundry room and clean any residue of the fire from our house. Special attention was paid to determine whether there was any damage due to mold. The dehumidifier that you leant us worked great! Your team of Kim, Edgar, Josh and JR worked smoothly and efficiently to get the job done and kept us updated on their progress.
