Dr. Fleagle and her entire staff do an outstanding job. She explains everything in a way that I understand. Her staff is professional and makes me feel very comfortable.
I’ve been going to AIMA for several years now, first seeing Dr. Brooks, and since his retirement, since Twanya May. I can’t say how thankful I am for this practice. I am an EXTREMELY complex patient with a HOST of complicated issues, but Ms. May is always there to see me in a moment’s notice and talk me through what’s happening and what we’re thinking. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I didn’t have to wait after arriving. The PA was knowledgeable and professional and ordered the tests she felt I needed as well as a prescription. Good visit.
Dr. Cruz was 25 minutes late, wore a mask (difficult to understand her), took a personal phone call during my visit, and was only interested in pushing a statin. I've never experienced such a stand-offish medical professional. First time seeing her and she was pushing a statin based of bloodwork in 2018. What? I had bloodwork results within the last 6 months and my cholesterol was only 50 points over the suggested level.
