Truly a one stop shop! Being a small act renting equipment can be challenging and the team at Atiwa computing take all of that challenge away. In renting just one speaker, keyboard stand, and cables. There was Thorough testing Accommodation in loading And ease of return and payment. Can’t recommend enough, I’m grateful to Chris and Nathan to helping make my shows in Houston the best they could be :)
I had a great experience with Atiwa Computing. The use of the items was for my husband's birthday celebration where I planned to show videos from his early years on. Having had no experience using screens and projectors Chris invited me to come by early to have a quick training session. The equipment worked as promised and the video segment of the celebration was a big hit. We partnered with Atiwa several years ago to help ensure HIPAA compliance with our technology. One of the best decisions ever made! The technicians are knowledgeable about HIPAA requirements. I'm not an IT person but had to fill that role by default. Atiwa set up a secure network and implemented 24/7 monitoring software that ended the daily headaches of expired antivirus software, malfunctioning PCs and inappropriate use of PCs by staff which freed up so much of my time.
