Truly a one stop shop! Being a small act renting equipment can be challenging and the team at Atiwa computing take all of that challenge away. In renting just one speaker, keyboard stand, and cables. There was Thorough testing Accommodation in loading And ease of return and payment. Can’t recommend enough, I’m grateful to Chris and Nathan to helping make my shows in Houston the best they could be :)
I had a great experience with Atiwa Computing. The use of the items was for my husband's birthday celebration where I planned to show videos from his early years on. Having had no experience using screens and projectors Chris invited me to come by early to have a quick training session. The equipment worked as promised and the video segment of the celebration was a big hit. ATIWA does what I have three different people/company/ and a few friends I sweet talk into fixing WIFI, printer, and computer issues. The local company, T Time, down the street, put something on my computer, a refurbished Microsoft I purchased for staff to use, …..that something meant no one else could service the PC. Yikes. I mostly dealt with Chris and the owner and they were both amazing people to deal with. They were extremely understanding, they helped me test the speakers out multiple times for the wedding at my house and overall I absolutely loved their service as well as professionalism. The speakers I rented were the fender passport sound system and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed renting those out for a party of any kind!
We partnered with Atiwa several years ago to help ensure HIPAA compliance with our technology. One of the best decisions ever made! The technicians are knowledgeable about HIPAA requirements. I'm not an IT person but had to fill that role by default. Atiwa set up a secure network and implemented 24/7 monitoring software that ended the daily headaches of expired antivirus software, malfunctioning PCs and inappropriate use of PCs by staff which freed up so much of my time.
