Caring and very kind. Upon arrival of my first appointment I did not have correct paperwork. Ms Joanna was so nice to have gone out of her way in helping provide what was needed instead of rescheduling. All the staff as well were so nice. I had appointment with Hannah, very knowledgeable and set up necessities I need. They all were such a Blessing as I had dreaded having to go to Dr. they made me feel at home. Thank you all.

I have been extremely pleased with the care my husband and I received from Atlanta Gastro. We both saw Dr. Dane Johnson, who has wonderful bedside manner - which seems to be very rare these days. He took time to really listen and talk to us about what was going on. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining things in a way that I could understand. We truly appreciate him. Alex the PA, does not return phone calls. And she talks down to people. I call doctor Obideen's more than once and I did not receive a return call. Infact I called and left a message on Monday January 26th. and today is Thursday January 29th. I still have not heard from Alex. But that's ok. Dr. Obideen is not the only doctor out there. Dr. Obideen himself is a very kind understanding person. However if you are not in his office for a visit, you have to talk to Alex. 10/10 I don't recommend. Don't take my word for it. Be aware of their billing practices. I had a preventative service and at the post op visit they billed my insurance with codes that were not relevant to the post op visit. My insurance and I have been trying to solve for this since July and I have made over 10 calls between the practice and North Side Physicians billing services. Each of the representatives tells us that they will raise it with the relevant department and asks us to call after sometime.
