I had a great experience at Northern Crescent Endoscopy Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and kept the atmosphere calm, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was well cared for throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. I would highly recommend Northern Crescent Endoscopy Center to anyone needing their services.
I recently had a colonoscopy done here. Upon my arrival the staff greeting me and and the in take nurse was friendly and informative. I was next moved to my suite to prepare for the procedure. The tech that set up my intravenous was friendly and confident. I then met my anesthesiologist Will who was great as he wheeled me to my procedure room. Very disappointed in the efficiency and standard of care at this facility. The nurses were rushed and non-communicative with the exception of Helen, who was outstanding. The atmosphere and quality of care here compared to the superior care I have received at other medical facilities was unexpected and upsetting. The doctor that was assigned to me asked personal medical questions while wheeling me through a crowded nurses area into the procedure room. Shachi who put in my IV Iine is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what she does. She is courteous, caring, professional and so efficient. I am a regular blood donor, so I get needles stuck in me regularly. Don't like that, but needs must, and all that. Shachi had the needle in my arm and I didn't even feel the prick though the obvious evidence indicates she did prick me. Today I received my 5yr colonoscopy appointment with Dr. Robert Eisenband MD, Tayler and Jeff administered my anesthesia they were so kind, professional and visible during this process. Nurse Katrisha was very pleasant also, Nurse Nigeria they greated me as well with beautiful smiles and pleasantries. My procedure went well and the staff was absolutely amazing. Kudos 👏🏽💐
