I have been a patient of AGA for almost 10 years, with Dr. Joyce Peji as my physician. She has been awesome all along. She listens carefully, takes notes, and then provides suggestions and answers. She has been very positive and encouraging. I am amazed at how smart she is and how hard she works on top of it. She sees patients in her office on certain days and does procedures, including Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, on other days. The smartest kindest people work with Dr. Kongara. Jasmine is the kindest person I’ve spoken to since 1999. She scheduled my appointment, asked the doctor all of my questions, then greeted me like a long lost friend. These appointments can be stressful. Jasmine put me in such a good mood. I had a very informative consult with Dr. Kongara. She too lets you know that you as a person are important to her and it was obvious she reviewed my chart prior to seeing me. Five Stars!
Today was my first visit and I was so fortunate to be seen by an amazing Dr. Castillo. He put me to ease immediately. Professional, easy to talk to and the Dr spent all the time I needed to understand what was going on. From calling to schedule my first appointment, checking in at the office and the person taking me back to my room, I can't praise them enough. I am so happy I was referred to the practice and Dr. Castillo. Thank you everyone!!
The whole experience was very good from arrival time to being taken back. Paz the nurse for Dr Kongara took time to make sure I was taken care of , and Dr Kongara made sure all my questions were answered and gave suggestions for remedies. I was very happy with the outcome and believe I am in very good hands
Believe the reviews! As a HCP myself of NSH, I would’ve expected more, very distasteful experience. Back staff for Dr. Kongara doesn’t respond, I’ve had a medication prescribed a month ago and has yet, received a returned call regarding the paperwork completion to receive the medication. It’s like pulling teeth with this establishment. Please find an establishment outside of this network, if you value your health.
